Safety and Compliance
Every aircraft we present is carefully vetted against strict operational, regulatory and safety standards before reaching our clients.
We do not put forward operators we would not personally fly with ourselves.

All operators are required to hold a valid Air Operator Certificate together with appropriate insurance cover under the relevant aviation authority.
Where available, operators are also expected to hold recognised third party safety accreditations including ARGUS, Wyvern and IS BAO certifications.
Accreditations alone are not enough.
We also assess operators based on long term operational performance, direct experience operating flights with them and the consistency of service delivered over time.
Our assessment process includes:
Many aircraft we source have undergone extensive refurbishment programmes alongside ongoing regulatory maintenance requirements.
Where requested, we can also provide additional transparency around crew experience, operating history and aircraft background.

Many of the operators we use are companies we have worked with repeatedly over many years.
That ongoing exposure gives us a far deeper understanding of operational reliability, onboard standards and consistency beyond a one off charter booking.

A significant amount of due diligence is completed during the sourcing stage before any aircraft is presented.
Our role is not simply to provide options, but to ensure every option already aligns with the standards our clients expect.

We personally oversee aircraft sourcing, operator vetting and charter coordination across every journey.

Our membership programme provides priority aircraft access, dedicated support and simplified booking across private jet and helicopter charter.
Designed for clients travelling regularly throughout Europe, the United States, the Middle East and worldwide destinations.
